Obama Speaks Out Against Nukes as N. Korea Fires Missle

North Korea defied a ban on a missile launch yesterday, upsetting many in East Asia and around the world. Why did N. Korea take this action? Most likely to demonstrate that they are a player in world affairs and must be taken seriously. But this strategy isn't making them any friends.
